soon enough, i was home.
made an almost negligible call & stood beneath the hot shower.
next i knew, my face lay flat against the sheets casually strewn at the bottom of the bed and my body, limp.
few hours later(or so i thought), i inched myself towards the pillow, held on to PP and continued the semicomatose state.
imaginary percepts of reaching out for the phone to set the alarm, walking out for a glass of water to ease the dehydration urged me to follow suit in reality, which i just did.
the aching has penetrated through the bones a little, especially at the calves.
i don't think i'm quite entitled to being an insomniac anymore, judging from the amount of work piling up, the countless meetings, and others on the sideline.

i should probably be, a Late Night Alumni.
